FEARTICKET runs the platform, but each event's policies — refunds, reschedules, upgrades — are set and handled by the organizer, not by us. Look them up below.
Need help with your tickets?
Search with either your Order ID (from your confirmation email) or Email Address used during purchase.
Where's my ticket?
Your ticket PDF is emailed to the address used at purchase. Can't find it? Log in to the Ticket Buyer Portal with that same email — you'll get a one-time code to verify, and from there you can view and download your tickets anytime.
Can I change my date or reschedule?
Date changes, reschedules, and ticket swaps are decided by the event organizer, not FEARTICKET. Use the lookup tool above to find your organizer's contact info and reach out directly.
Can I upgrade or exchange my ticket?
Upgrades and exchanges aren't managed by FEARTICKET — only the event organizer can approve or process these. Use the details from your ticket lookup to contact them directly.
What's the refund policy?
All sales are generally final unless the organizer allows transfers or reschedules. Every event sets its own policy, so check with the organizer directly to see what options they offer.
